This is a great way of giving back to the music world and to the artists who have been working with us for many years. This time in our show - hosting Joca Perpignan on percussion & voice and Gal Motiuk on bass. Joca Perpignan, is a percussionist, singer, songwriter with a multicultural background. He was born and raised in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and currently living in Israel. Over the years, Joca has presented his music at venues and festivals worldwide, and has collaborated in performances and recordings with renowned artists from different countries, like: Naná Vasconcelos, João Donato, Jaques Morelenbaum (Brazil); the NDR Bigband (Germany), The Aarhus Jazz Orchestra (Denmark), Paquito D’Rivera (Cuba), The Mendes Brothers (Cape Verde), The Idan Raichel Project, Yoni Rechter, Matti Caspi, Arik Einstein (Israel), and many more… Gal Motiuk is an Educator, Producer and a Multi-Instrumentalist. He performed in over 30 countries worldwide as a bass player. He studied at ‘The Rimon Jazz Institute’ and founded the ‘Experiment’ - a band made up of top-notch instrumentalists and vocalist Netta Barzilai, winner of Eurovision 2018, with whom he performed improvised live performances involving the audience and dancers from the world-renowned Batsheva Dance Company.
